Please email us at admin@craftcity.com.au with your intentions to return your product. Our returns department will email you with a postage paid return label. Please print and attach this label to your package and post it back to us.
In the event that you receive faulty and/or damaged goods please email us at orders@craftcity.com.au with images. We will replace or refund all faulty/damaged goods upon approval. Rest assured you're in good hands :)
